- Proof of rental history & employment
-All adults must run credit/Criminal
-NO PARKING FEE
-PG&E Must be started before releasing keys
-Must move in within 2 weeks of Approval
-NO PETS
-5 People Max per unit
- Good Credit Score
-No Evictions in the Last 5 Years
-No Outstanding Balances with Property Management, Landlord, or Utilities
-Employment & Rental Verification Required -payroll ledgers are welcome

All initial payments must be made by cash, money order, or cashier's check only no exceptions. With a copy of their ID to make their initial payment
